Any image sent to DAB Photography must be sent by the owner of the copyright, or the sender must have written permission of the copyright owner. DAB Photography will not be held liable for any costs associated with court action resulting from violation of copyright, the sender of the image will be liable.

It is against the law to send pornographic, obscene, or abusive images by e-mail. The sender of any such image appearing to be against the law or show criminal activity will be reported to the authorities.

DAB Photography cannot be held responsible for original images, videos lost in the post either to or from the business from any country. Such instances will need to be taken up with the relevant postal service.

All care is taken to protect images from third parties but DAB Photography will not be held liable for such images coming into contact with such parties.

DAB Photography will not be liable for any injury or health problem experienced by anyone viewing images that have been submitted for digital editing.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your photo, please contact us within 14 days of receipt stating the problem. We will carry out further work on the image to try to resolve the issue. If we cannot produce a satisfactory image within 14 days you will get a full refund.

DAB Photography aim to protect the privacy of customers, we do not sell or otherwise release customer information to 3rd parties. Your images would never be used in any promotional material for DAB Photography unless written/email permission has been obtained. We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
