Any image sent to DAB Photography at www.yourphotorepairs.co.uk must be sent by the owner of the copyright, or the sender must have permission of the copyright owner. DAB Photography will not be held liable for any costs associated with court action resulting from violation of copyright, the sender of the image will be liable.
It is against the law to send pornographic, obscene or abusive images by email. The sender of any such image appearing to be against the law or showing criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
DAB Photography cannot be held responsible for the original images, videos being lost in the post either to or from the business from any country. Such instances will need to be taken up with the relevant postal service. When requested and at additional cost, postage can be by recorded or special delivery. All other images will be posted by second class postage with proof of postage. If a restored image is lost and you have contacted the post office, please let us know and another copy will be posted to you.
All care is taken to protect images from third parties but DAB Photography cannot be held liable for such images coming into contact with such third parties.
DAB Photography will not be liable for any injury or health problems experienced by anyone viewing images that have been submitted for digital editing.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your photo please contact DAB Photography within 14 days of receipt stating the problem. Further work will be carried out to try to resolve the problem. If a satisfactory image cannot be produced a full refund will be given.

DAB Photography aims to protect the privacy of customers and does not sell or otherwise release customer information to 3rd parties. Your images would never be used in any promotional material for DAB Photography unless written/email permission has been obtained. DAB Photography uses third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
